The cooperative will open a restaurant called "Comedor Mariscos y Mas Poneloya" (Seafood and More Poneloya Eatery) located inside the "Vivero de Empresas" (Nursery of Businesses, a branch of the mayor's office in Leon. The restaurant will offer the following: Seafood Soup, Fried Fish, Shrimp Cocktail, Conch Cocktail, | Fish Cakes, Chicken, Beef, Sandwich and Breakfast (Gallo Pinto). The loan is for the start-up costs to start the restaurant including food ingredients, cooking utensils, stove, serving utensils, etc. The loan will also cover promotional activities, the first 2 months of rent, and the rent deposit.
